The Regional Vice President is responsible for supporting the overall performance and environment of branches within an assigned region in the greater Orlando area. This position provides leadership and coaching to branch management teams to achieve sales and service activities, member experience, compliance, operational and growth objectives. This position is held to standards of member acquisition (retail and small business), consumer and small business lending, deposit growth and product and business line cross-sell. This position requires heavy travel to assigned branches and will have a permanent office at our downtown Orlando branch. Compensation begins at $102,000/year and is based on experience.
What will I be doing in this role?
- Build and develop Centers of Influence to provide ongoing referrals and leads for all credit union products and services
- Empower crewmembers to take initiative and learn new skills. Invests significant time in coaching and development of regional team to ensure regional goals are met, a strong bench is maintained, and optimum team performance is achieved.
- Drive branch sales and performance and provide strategic direction focused on the continued growth and development of assigned branches within the region
- Develop and implement strategic business plans which are consistent with corporate direction and result in achieving performance metrics
- Build, expand and maintain member relationships to grow the deposit base of the branches within the territory, increase product utilization and increase revenue
- Manage, develop and lead branch management teams; drive crewmember performance through active and continuous coaching, career potential and recognition
- Track and review daily region performance levels; compile summary reports and communicate standings; develop and direct action plans for improvement areas
What experience are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of retail branch banking management experience and business development experience required
