**The Resident Assistant Role:**
In this role, you'll work closely with our care team to provide exceptional support to our residents. Your primary duties will include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), observing and recording changes in their condition, and providing personal care skills such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
You'll also be responsible for assisting with laundry and housekeeping tasks as needed. To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrated caregiving experience and a Caregiver Certification.
