We're seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
Job Description
The Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant supports the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize. HVAC certification is a plus, as well as experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Provides interior maintenance of the community according to company standards.
- Provides exterior maintenance of the community, including grounds keeping.
- Assists in coordinating community events.
- Supports all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
