Job Summary:
This is a broad-scoped caregiver position responsible for direct resident care. The Resident Assistant will perform various tasks to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) and personal care skills.
- Makes accurate observations about resident conditions during interactions.
- Records and follows up on changes in resident conditions in a timely manner.
- Provide laundry and housekeeping services as needed.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated caregiving experience.
- Caregiver Certification.
