Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and other fabrics as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and buffing to ensure floors are in excellent condition.
• Carry out carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Skills

• Experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning results.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products suitable for various surfaces.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while completing tasks within designated timeframes.
• Familiarity with floor care methods and carpet cleaning procedures is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
