Our travel agency issearching for friendly and professional Travel Agents to join ourteam. As a Travel Agent you should be passionate about seeing theworld and helping others do the same.
This role involves planningholidays suggesting travel destinations maintaining client filesand managing largescale events.
In thisposition your ultimate goal will be to keep our clients satisfiedand loyal for future services. The ideal candidate will be anexcellent communicator with indepth knowledge of domestic andinternational travel destinations.
To succeed in this role youshould also possess outstanding negotiation and sales skills.
Requirements
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :
Arrangetravel for business and vacation customers
Determinecustomers needs and preferences such as schedules and costs
Planand arrange tour packages excursions and day trips
Findfare and schedule information
Calculatetotal travel costs
Bookreservations for travel hotels rental cars and special events suchas tours and excursions
Tellclients about what their trip will be like including giving detailson required documents such as passports or visas
Makealternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or duringthe trip.
