We are looking for a creative and passionate graphic designer who wants to make a difference! Fairytales and Tiny Tails Rescue is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit kitten rescue dedicated to saving the most vulnerable kittens and giving them the love and care they deserve—turning their tiny tails into amazing tales. To continue our mission, we need eye-catching visuals that help us raise awareness, engage our supporters, and increase our impact. That’s where YOU come in!
We’re seeking a talented graphic designer to join our close-knit team and bring our rescue’s message to life through compelling visuals.
What You Will Do:
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, website content, fundraising campaigns, event flyers, and promotional materials.
- Create branded content that aligns with our mission and stands out in a crowded digital space.
- Edit and enhance photos of our rescue kittens to tell their stories and boost engagement.
- Develop eye-catching merchandise designs (T-shirts, stickers, etc.) to support our fundraising efforts.
Creative Strategy & Marketing Support
- Work closely with the rescue team to brainstorm and develop creative campaigns that drive engagement and donations.
- Design materials for adoption events, volunteer recruitment, and community outreach.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all visuals and marketing materials.
- Help create compelling infographics and educational resources about kitten care and rescue efforts.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with our social media team to design graphics that enhance our online presence.
- Be a creative problem-solver, bringing fresh ideas to support the rescue’s marketing and fundraising goals.
- Assist with occasional print projects, such as banners and brochures, for in-person events.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of branding principles.
- Passion for animal welfare and a desire to support a life-saving mission.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rescue environment.
- Experience creating content for nonprofits, social media, or fundraising campaigns is a plus!
Time Commitment:
We are flexible! Most work can be done remotely, but you’ll need to be in close communication with the founder.
Note: This position is VOLUNTEER and not paid.
