Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic bartender to join our dynamic team.
Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of bar stations for events or busy nights.
- Handle cash register operations and assist with cash handling as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Support food safety and food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Experience in banquet settings or nightclubs can be beneficial.
- A willingness to learn about beverage sales, food safety practices, and customer service techniques is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
