We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
• Assist chefs and cooks in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and prevent contamination.
• Support banquet and catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed.
• Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas after service to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Skills

• Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while managing time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
