Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. This key role ensures that our clinical services maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient care. The Clinical Manager will play a critical part in supporting our mission to enhance patient outcomes and provide exceptional care to those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical department, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures to continuously improve patient care and clinic operations.
- Monitor patient care quality, tracking outcomes and making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient transitions and consistent care.
- Prepare and present reports on clinic performance metrics for senior management.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinical operations, ideally in a hospice or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of ACHC standards and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse clinical team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
