Summary
To manage all aspects of the Worship team for global campus implementation.
This position requires its primary duty of performing work that requires invention, imagination, originality or talent in a recognized field of artistic or creative endeavor.

Supervisory Related:
- Approve timecards for all direct reports.
- Conduct Annual Reviews for team.
- Approve PTO requests.
- Direct oversight of Worship Team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee worship across all campuses and must be a visionary who is creative in leading people to God. This role communicates direction in a way that inspires those around him/her to join in the pursuit of that vision.
- Oversee all worship staff and operations
- Support all campus Worship departments and collaborate on set lists for the global experience
- New song approval
- Make hiring decisions (first round interviews, communicate with HR about candidates for open positions, etc)
- Oversee weekend scheduling, guests & team staffing from a high level
- Plan, execute, and communicate weekend worship creative element
- Oversee Worship team audition process & team growth
- Oversee new Dream Team member assimilation process
- Oversee vocalists development (technical & spiritual)
- Oversee stage presence development (including wardrobe and culture)
- Lead Rehearsal
- Lead worship at Staff Meeting (on a rotating schedule)
- Lead worship for Tuesday night service (on a rotating schedule)
- Leading worship at a campus for weekend services
- Attend weekly department meetings with Lead/Creative Pastors
- Attend a Leadership Track for continued staff education once a week
- Attend quarterly leadership meetings with all staff and volunteer directors

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment)
Physical Demands
- Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.
- Elements of this position require moving, lifting, and pushing heavy items.
- Assist with setup or operation of production equipment as needed.
- Must be able to drive own vehicle or a Faith Church vehicle.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

Monday: 9:00AM 5:00PM
Tuesday: 9:00AM 9:00PM
Wednesday: 9:00AM 5:00PM
Thursday: Off
Friday: Off
Saturday: 1:00PM 8:30PM
Travel
Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
- Exceptional vocal talent
- Profound and acknowledged understanding of Faith Church culture
- Supervisory Experience
