Front Desk Receptionist ***MUST SPEAK SPANISH**
The ideal candidate will have administrative and office experience. The candidate should also have excellent oral and written communication abilities, solid computer skills, and a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Greets visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors to the agency
· Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate department
· Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, website, and other related information
· Receives, sorts, and forward’s incoming mail
· Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
· Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
· Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
Skills:
· The ability to work independently and within a team.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and must be flexible.
· Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy.
· Able to multitask and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal communication skills - with internal and external clients
· Microsoft Office (Preferred)
· Excellent customer service having empathy and patience in working for the elderly population
