Faith Home Care is currently seeking an experienced and dependable candidate to work as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant)/Office Assistant in Raeford, NC.
***Must be able to work weekends; usually two (2) hours Saturday morning and two (2) hours Sunday morning.***
The primary duty will be the position of PCA (Personal Care Assistant).
An interested candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Must be able to work weekends; usually two (2) hours Saturday morning and two (2) hours Sunday morning.
- Be in good standing with North Carolina regulations
- Possess a current TB test
- A cell phone with reliable internet connection and the ability to leave voice messages
- A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
- Be highly reliable
Required office skills include the following:
- Office skills and experience
- Computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
- Experienced working in a home health agency environment
- Additional experienced working clients
- Familiarity with NC Tracks
- Familiarity with with the Sandata Electronic Visit Verification System
- Proper office and phone etiquette
- Personal skills
- The ability to accurately review, correct, and file paperwork in a timely manner.
The chosen candidate should also be able to accurately complete and submit paperwork within the required time frame. Weekly paperwork is submitted by 9:00 a.m. EVERY Monday.
Please Note: Faith Home Care's offices are located in St. Pauls, NC. and Raeford, NC.
Orientation takes place in our Raeford, NC location.
Candidate will be compensated for orientation which is two hours.
Hourly wage: $14.50 per hour.
