Faith Home Health and Hospice is currently looking for compassionate, well-trained registered nurses dedicated to the highest standards of care to work in our agency in Southern Johnson and Miami County area in Kansas. Additional information regarding territories to be provided during the interview process.
We are looking for registered nurses to work On Call 7 on 7 off shifts in our Hospice agency. The territory are will cover the Southern Johnson and Miami County area in Kansas.

RN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assessing patients' conditions, initiating the plan of care, re-evaluating and updating patients conditions.
- Promoting patient/family/caregiver education taking into account the patient's needs and the standards of care.
- Observing signs and symptoms of unexpected changes in patient's physical and emotional condition and reporting to the interdisciplinary team.
- Functioning as a team member by collaborating with the patient, physician and interdisciplinary team.
RN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a unencumbered current, valid Kansas and Missouri State Board of Nursing RN license (compact/multi-state license preferred).
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) in a clinical setting preferred.
- At least one year of prior hospice experience required.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Have a current CPR certification.
