At Faith Hospice, we recognize that hospice nursing is hard work and so incredibly rewarding! We have support systems in place through EAPs, open door managers, and the opportunity to attend (and be paid for attending!) monthly support meetings hosted by our Bereavement Manager, if desired.
What Will You Do?
As a Hospice Admissions RN:

This is a full-time opportunity:
- work Monday - Friday (8am – 5pm)
- salaried as a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with full-time benefits
- Visits are mostly focused on hospital informational sessions and admissions
- Visits may include routine patient visits in the community as well
- Participate in the after-hours/weekend back-up on-call rotation - the equivalent of one week every 16 weeks

Education and Experience
- RN licensure in Michigan
- At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
- Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
- Passion for hospice nursing
