secretary/ administrative assistant for church office.
20 hours per week, Monday- Friday. some flexibility in scheduling hours but includes time to meet with the pastor, greet visitors and vendors.
Duties include: answer phones and greet visitors, maintain building calendar and room usage; create and copy bulletins and leaders' books; process daily mail and create special mailings; assist treasurer and finance team with payment of expenses, payroll, quarterly statements, and communicate budget to teams/ committees. Maintain files, order supplies, keep records of attendance, etc, assist with summer camp (Vacation Bible School) preparations
Skills needed: Microsoft Office, extensive knowledge of Word, working knowledge of Excel; some database and payroll experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
