Urgently hiring reliable DSP (Direct Support Professional) for a female client in her 20s. She has moderate ID and severe hydrocephalus. She is incontinent and uses pullups. After bowel movements, she requires assistance with hygiene. She has a history of bowel impaction and associated corrective surgeries. She communicates her needs by pointing and other gestures. She can ambulate on her own. However, due to her size, she occasionally needs assistance with transfers.
We require in person CPR/FA and a TB test.
