Urgently hiring reliable LPN for home care client.
This female client is located in Douglasville, GA, and lives in a host home. She does not require behavioral support. She is NPO and receive feedings and nutrition via G-Tube. Her diagnoses include constipation, incontinence, indwelling foley catheter, contractures, history of fractures (right femur), diabetes type 2, and hypothyroidism. She needs assistance with bowel tracking, continence care, foley catheter care, ROM, repositioning, blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, stoma care, skin assessment, and medication administration. She requires total care and a mechanical lift for all transfers (one-person assistance).
