Urgently hiring reliable LPN for home care client.
This client is in her early 40s and has been diagnosed with IDD and familial spastic paraparesis. She is a total care client requiring assistance with transfer, ambulation, toileting, bathing and dressing. She is incontinent of bowel and bladder. She requires a wheelchair for ambulation and two-person assistance for transfers. There is also a Hoyer lift in the home to utilize as well. Her diagnoses cause her to be susceptible to infection, thus her environment must be kept clean. She is also NPO and utilizes a G-tube for nutrition and medication. She has some attention seeking behaviors but does not require behavior support. She has a history of seizures though has not had one in approximately 5 years.
