Urgently hiring reliable LPN for home care client.
The individual is in their 20s and weighs around 90 pounds. They are non-verbal and have a medical history that includes cerebral palsy, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), quadriplegia, scoliosis, cortical blindness, and joint contractures involving the elbows, toes, and wrists. They are non-ambulatory and require assistance with feeding, bathing, toileting, repositioning, and stretching.
They are monitored for GERD, fall risk, aspiration, bowel health, and skin integrity. Medications are administered via G-tube. The home environment is non-smoking and includes one small, older dog.
Schedule
Sat and Sun 3pm-8pm
Job Requirements
(You must have current credentials or be willing to get them during onboarding)
· CPR/ First Aid (Has to be done with instructor)
· TB Test or Chest X-Ray
· Fingerprinting
