37-year-old female located in Mcdonough Georgia. Client requires assistance with all ADL's including:
- Transferring from bed to chair.
- Stand by assistance with walker and wheelchair.
- Meal Prep
- Taking out trash.
- Changing bed linen
- Light housekeeping
- Observe/Report changes
- Personal Care Assistance (Hygiene, showering, and skin care)
- Bathroom assistance.
Schedule
Weekdays 7:30am-1:30pm Weekends 7:30am-12:30pm
Job Requirements
(You must have current credentials or be willing to get them during onboarding)
· CPR/ First Aid (Has to be done with instructor)
· TB Test or Chest X-Ray
· Fingerprinting
