Urgently hiring reliable RN for home care client.
We are seeking a female caregiver with experience, and preferably bilingual, for a 12-year-old female client with Down syndrome.
Client Overview & Care Needs:
- Medical Condition: Down syndrome
- Communication: Nonverbal, uses cues and a few words
- Continence: Continent, but requires assistance with cleaning
- Diet: Eats a regular diet by mouth
- Mobility: Ambulates independently
Daily Support & Preferences:
✔ Personal Care: Assistance with hygiene and cleaning
✔ Recreational Activities: Enjoys playing outside, basketball, iPad/tablet, and going to the park
✔ Sensory Considerations: Dislikes loud noises and music
✔ Home Environment: One cat in the home
Preferred Caregiver:
✔ Female caregiver preferred
✔ Experience working with Down syndrome
✔ Bilingual preferred but not required

Saturdays 9am-1pm
