Urgently hiring reliable RN for home care client.

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver for a 14-year-old female client in Suwanee, GA. She has 2p Partial Trisomy Syndrome, autism, and epilepsy and requires full assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Medical & Functional Overview:

• Conditions: 2p Partial Trisomy Syndrome, autism, epilepsy
• Communication: Nonverbal, uses an AAC device
• Continence: Incontinent, requires assistance with toileting
• Diet & Medication: Eats a regular diet and takes medications by mouth
• Mobility: Ambulates independently and is physically strong

Care Needs & Preferences:

✔ Daily Living Support: Full assistance with ADLs, including hygiene and toileting
✔ Behavioral Considerations: Exhibits some behaviors (see progress notes for details)
✔ Social & Recreational Interests:

• Enjoys music, dancing, staying active, and using her iPad
• Very friendly and affectionate, enjoys hugs and kisses
• Prefers male caregivers and is known as a "Daddy's Girl"

✔ Sensory & Task Preferences:

• Dislikes fine motor tasks
• Becomes upset when her iPad is taken away

This role is ideal for a caregiver who is patient, engaging, and comfortable working with nonverbal individuals with behavioral and sensory needs.

Schedule

Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm

Job Requirements

(You must have current credentials or be willing to get them during onboarding)

· CPR/ First Aid (Has to be done with instructor)

· TB Test or Chest X-Ray

· Fingerprinting
