We invite you to join our Materials Management team! In this position you will manage hospital purchases, supplies and equipment while assisting with inventory and stock records in the hospital stockroom.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for purchases, supplies and equipment. Assists with inventory and compiles stock records in hospital stockroom. Must possess effective communication skills, both oral and written. Leadership and organization skills are needed to prioritize and coordinate duties as assigned. Must be computer literate. Desirable traits include being an effective communicator with self-motivation and a positive attitude maintained throughout. Must be a self-starter, decision-maker and team player.
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience in field preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required
- Ability to type, navigate websites, and learn multiple purchasing systems required
- Current, valid driver's license issued in the state of legal residence required
