Under limited supervision, independently provides treatment, assessment, education, counseling and case management or equivalent activities within his / her age specific competencies to individuals and groups with mental health or addiction problems. Maintains appropriate documentation, will track completion of documented interventions / outcomes, and performs other related work as required. Excellent organizational skills are mandatory. Deliver services while demonstrating Faith Regional Health Services Mission, Vision and Values.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Demonstrates ability to appropriately modify approach and procedures to meet needs of age / diversity of population served for the following age groups :
Pediatric / Child (1 year - 12 years)
Adolescent (12 years - 18 years)
Adult (18 years - 65 years)
Geriatric (over 65 years)
- Incorporates cultural considerations in the provisions of care.
- Knowledge of growth and developmental stages.
- Considers life changes / effects on health beliefs and behaviors.
- Provides necessary safety measures.
- Provides information and involves family / caregiver in decision making.
2. Performs all responsibilities / duties within the scope of a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner license. This includes but is not limited to the age of the patient served.

Job Requirements :
The requirements listed below must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and / or ability required.
Master's Degree required.
Current Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP), or Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) from the state of Nebraska required.
Previous Experience Requirements :
EXPERIENCE :
Previous clinical experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Skills / Knowledge Requirements :
SKILLS (If Applicable) :
Language Skills - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.
