About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated therapist to join the Faith Works Counseling Telehealth team in serving the Missouri community. Key Responsibilities
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate progress in their mental health journey.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and circumstances.
- Meet regularly with clients for ongoing counseling and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Conduct continuous assessments to track client progress.
- Involve family members in treatment plans when appropriate to enhance client support.
- Refer clients to specialists or outside agencies if necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Location: No Requirement for Remote Position
- Licensing: Must be licensed to practice in Missouri.
- Education: Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Both independently licensed (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) and non-independently licensed clinicians (LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT) are encouraged to apply.
