What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fill In Caregiver position at Faithful Home Care Solutions, LLC?
Faithful Home Care Solutions is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to serve as a fill-in/on-call provider. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, offering flexibility to accept shifts as they become available.
MUST HAVE:
A reliable car & valid driver’s license – NO EXCEPTIONS
Flexible availability, including some weekends
Be available to fill in for scheduled shifts on short notice
High School diploma or equivalent (Home Care Certification required)
at least 2 years of professional experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Direct Care Worker (DCW)
Physical exam & 2-step PPD required
Background check & drug testing
CNA, HHA, and/or DC Certification required
Hoyer Lift experience required
COVID-19 vaccination card required

Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
Help with meal preparation & light housekeeping
Provide companionship & emotional support
Communicate with the client’s family and agency
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Perform other client-specific tasks as needed
