About The Role
Full-time, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), Remote or in Puebla, MX
As our International Project Manager (Marketing Projects), you will play a crucial role within the New Languages department. This full-time position involves coordinating marketing initiatives and product launches with stakeholders across multiple languages, managing tools essential for marketing efforts, assisting with marketing analytics, and performing research. In addition, you will organize and manage marketing localization projects. Your work will take place at the intersection of several independently operated language-specific GTM Teams and our English-language Marketing Team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee coordinated marketing initiatives and product launches across several languages.
- Assist other marketers with tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud & CDP, WordPress, Amplitude, Sendible, JIRA.
- Assist with marketing analytics, including audience research and segmentation, funnel optimization, and Salesforce journey implementation.
- Facilitate the adaptation of English marketing materials into each language and oversee the development of original marketing content like landing pages, email campaigns, or sales funnels, focusing on email and online marketing.
- Help with occasional research projects and day-to-day operations, including contract management, maintaining an internal knowledge base, and planning team events.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience, especially in coordinating product launches and marketing analytics.
- Successful track record in managing and executing marketing initiatives, with a focus on email and online marketing.
- Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Preferred Experience
- Intermediate knowledge of marketing analytics, HTML, CSS, SEO.
- Experience with technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP, WordPress.
