What You'll Do :
Customer Support : Answer phones, respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Lead Support : Assist with small leads, follow up with potential clients, and track inquiries.
Scheduling Assistance : Help coordinate appointments and ensure efficient operations.
Bid & Proposal Support : Attend pre-bid meetings and help with larger bid preparations.
Office Administration : Maintain Excel spreadsheets, update records, and assist with onboarding new employees.
Be a Team Player : Work alongside our leadership team to help improve processes and support business growth.
What Were Looking For :

Part-Time to Start (M-F, 9 am to 3 pm)
