Retail Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will help maintain the store's appearance and ensure that products are stocked and displayed effectively. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience and driving sales.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
• Perform basic math calculations to assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing and discounts.
• Stock shelves, ensuring that products are organized and readily available for customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including tidying up displays and aisles.
• Packing and Shipping online orders effectively

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus, aiding in inventory management and sales analysis.

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
