Prep Cook Specialist

Fajita Pete's is a leading provider of premium quality Fajitas, and we're hiring talented Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook or Prep Cook, you'll play a vital role in preparing and cooking food for our guests, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered in a timely fashion. Your duties will include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and menu items created by the Corporate Team.
• Assisting with stocking line and walk-in along with setting up kitchen stations following company standards.
• Cooking Fajitas, Platos, Caterings, and Desserts.
• Plating prepared foods based on corporate guidelines.
• Working with Leads and Managers to ensure orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Maintaining high levels of sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and cooking areas.
