Applicant must have high school diploma or GED. It is required that applicant have 6 months to 1 year of banking experience. Being self-motivated, having good listening skills, and possessing the ability to work well with a team environment is also required. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish is required. Candidates should be efficient at multi-tasking. Organization and time management skills is required. This position calls for candidates with effective problem solving and decision-making skills. An intermediate level of knowledge with PC and software is required. Typing skills with 10 keys by touch is a requirement for this position. Exceptional customer service is required for this role. It is required to work every 2 to 3 other Saturday.
