As a Building Estimate Expert, you will be responsible for developing and preparing construction cost estimates for various projects. Your expertise will enable us to provide accurate and reliable cost information to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a centralized cost estimating database and formal process to support cost estimating.
- Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine the reason for any discrepancies.
- Provide improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
- Identify cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail and restaurant fit-up or other relevant field.
- Procore knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal clients.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
