Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare comprehensive construction cost estimates for diverse projects.
- Analyze plans and architectural drawings to identify potential issues and ensure accurate estimates.
- Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and review and analyze their quotes to ensure conformance to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that financial objectives are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
- Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data to improve cost estimating procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail and restaurant fit-up or other relevant field.
- Procore knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal clients.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
