Falcon Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator Professional to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. As a Construction Estimator Professional, you will be responsible for developing and preparing construction cost estimates for various projects. Your expertise will enable us to provide accurate and reliable cost information to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review and analyze bids to ensure conformance to project specifications, price, material quality, insurance, wages, and related items.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that financial objectives are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
- Determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists.
- Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail and restaurant fit-up or other relevant field.
- Procore knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal clients.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
