- Support the leasing process by conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of repair requests and upkeep of property standards.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in conflict management efforts to address tenant disputes or concerns effectively.
