Mission
Integrate data from various human resources platforms, transform it into clear and concise visualizations (dashboards and statistical reports) to facilitate decision-making.
Responsibilities :
- Integrate, clean, and transform data from various Human Resources platforms (HRIS, Payroll, iSolved, among others) for subsequent analysis and visualization.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide key information on talent management, performance, and payroll administration.
- Generate periodic reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) that support decision-making at the HR strategy level.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to understand data needs and generate relevant insights.
- Perform statistical and predictive analysis on employee data, including turnover, recruitment, performance, and employee wellbeing.
- Automate the generation of reports and data sheets to reduce operational times and improve efficiency.
- Analyze and ensure the accuracy of data from payroll and HRIS platforms, particularly in iSolved.
- Provide support in decision-making related to compensation, benefits, and other HR processes.
- Create customized reports for HR leaders and other stakeholders, tailored to their specific information needs.
