Job description :

Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database withing time limits c ompiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, r eviewing and update various data, deficiencies or errors. Scan documents and print files, when needed. Keep information confidential.

Other skills required :

Proven Data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.

Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Experience with MS Office and data programs

Familiarity with administrative duties

Typing speed and accuracy
