Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Network Engineer with Project Management expertise to lead and manage network projects within our nuclear facility in Point Beach, WI.
The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and the ability to lead and manage IT and network projects within our nuclear facilities. This role requires a candidate with a "bulldog" mentality who ensures that teams are held accountable and remain focused on project deliverables.
Contract Duration :
6 months (potential to renew for 12 months based on qualifications & performance).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage network projects within the nuclear facility, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Hold nuclear IT teams accountable for meeting project milestones and deliverables, maintaining a high level of performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all network infrastructure is compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain and improve network security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
