The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Managing the recruitment process
Processing weekly payroll through ADP Total Source
Managing Benefits (insurance and 401k)
Managing Employee schedules and PTO
Updating procedures when necessary

Human Resources Manager requirements are:

Experience as a Human Resources Manager
Familiarity with ADP

Knowledge of labor laws and screening
Experience managing group insurance plans
Experience managing retirement accounts
