Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the research, design and development of electrical components and systems involving advanced motor generator technology.

Responsibilities :

  • Research and design new motor / generator technology involving :
  • Advanced magnetic concepts
  • Electronic switching and motor control
  • Battery Management
  • Widely variable source and distribution power
  • Power Distribution
  • Hybrid applications

2. Develop and test working prototypes

  • Predict motor / generator and control system performance through simulation
  • Develop and install electrical components and systems
  • Develop monitoring, performance and control algorithms
  • Develop, test, assess and modify motor control systems
  • Trouble shoot PCB boards and control management system designs
  • Research and document motor / generator performance test results
  • Track project time lines to complete tasks on schedule
  • Assist in the design for manufacture
  • Develop quality control systems for manufacture
  • Ensure reliable operation of equipment

    • Qualifications :

  • Five years previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
  • MSEE preferred or better
  • Familiarity with electrical diagnostic equipment
  • Knowledge of relay design standards
  • Excellent root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Motivated self starter wiling to pitch in see the vision and help grow company
