What are the responsibilities and job description for the OPOTA Certified Security Guard position at Falcon Protection Services LLC?
Falcon Protection Services is looking for armed officers for sites in the Cleveland, Akron, Warren areas.
All Security personnel are used at various locations that vary from in-store security, retail, gas stations, and parking lot patrols. You must be able to pass a background check to obtain your security guard card, have a current OPOTA certification, vest, weapon, and other needed gear. You must have your own reliable transportation.
Officers need to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. .
Requirements and skills
· Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
· Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
· Committed and reliable
· Education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
