Job Title: Unarmed/Armed Security Supervisor
Location: Providence Forge, VA area
Falcon Protection Services is seeking a dedicated Unarmed/Armed Security Supervisor for various sites in the Providence Forge, VA area. Our security officers are deployed across a variety of locations, depending on the current contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee security operations at multiple sites.
- Demonstrate strong surveillance and emergency response skills.
- Enforce security rules and protocols while addressing potential threats and hazards.
- Supervise and lead security personnel to ensure all tasks are performed effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check to obtain a security guard card (if you don’t already have it).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Proven experience in security operations, with the ability to manage reporting and emergency response.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to security and safety standards.
- Education in security administration or a related field is a plus.
Job Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday-Sunday: Flexible availability, including on-call shifts or potential new contracts.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location:
- In person, across various sites in Providence Forge, VA to Richmond, VA.
