Job Description:
Falcon Protection Services is seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer for visual deterrent work in a retail environment. This role will involve maintaining a safe and secure environment by providing a visible security presence and monitoring the premises to prevent any potential issues. Our ideal candidate is professional, vigilant, and dedicated to ensuring the safety of both customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence inside the facility to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities.
- Ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Respond to incidents or emergencies swiftly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed logs of any significant events or actions taken during shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any security-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous security experience is preferred.
- Maryland Security Guard Card is Required
- Must be able to work assigned shifts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.
- Must pass background check.
