Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a hands-on approach to various tasks related to lawn care, landscaping, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass and plant life.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Assist in garden and landscape maintenance by planting, watering, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor spaces clean and free of debris.
- Maintain equipment used for landscaping and lawn care by performing routine checks and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to lawn care and landscaping.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including irrigation methods.
- Experience in groundskeeping practices to ensure the upkeep of outdoor spaces.
