No fee will be paid in the event the candidate is hired by Falcon's as a result of the referral or through other means.Job Summary : Falcon's Creative Group is looking for a visionary 3D Art Director to join our Digital Media team and help drive the aesthetic foundation of all media and interactive experiences for our brands & portfolio of IP's in across the studio. They will work directly with Directors and other department Supervisors, ensuring that all media is developed in unison with design, narrative, and technology. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Digital Media. This job is based in our Orlando, Florida office. Applicant must either live in the area or be willing to move to Central Florida and work from the office daily.Essential Functions : Works as an artistic advisor to the digital media team.Generate inspirational, conceptual, and creative ideas for : environments, characters, props, and storyboards, making sure they translate into 3D seamlessly.Assists in supervising and executing many of the artistic decisions on all media projects.Ensures the visual and technical quality of all 3D models, maps, and materials being created for use in Unreal Engine projects meets a consistently high standard.Helps establish, illustrate, and articulate the color infrastructure and color script of media projects.Collects and provides research / inspiration by building art bibles for all media projects with Directors.Work closely with all studio departments to ensure consistency of style across multiple platforms and custom installations.Champion art through all phases of development, from early concept pitch, through pre-production, production and delivery.Job Qualifications and Requirements : Unreal Engine experience in a studio environment is required.Must have a Bachelors degree or comparable experience, with 6-8 years of experience working as an Art Director or Senior Concept Artist.Ability to think and design independently, from concept to finish.Strong understanding of design principles and color theory.Be curious, innovative, and inspiring.Knowledge of Unreal Engine and traditional VFX pipelines and tools.Be able to work on multiple concurrent projects with multiple teams around the world.Knowledge of multiple software packages (Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Unreal, Houdini etc).Please submit demo reel or digital art portfolio with examples of completed projects.Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.Must possess a valid driver's license.Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.Will not require Falcon's Treehouse, LLC to commence ("sponsor") an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).About Us : Falcon's Creative Group delivers powerful, innovative guest experiences that touch people's lives.
