Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, documenting requirements, and understanding data. Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources is essential. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret SQL queries to understand legacy ETL requirements
- Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Understand and leverage commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with data warehousing and documenting requirements.
- Strong understanding of data and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Knowledge of data warehousing tools, including Snowflake.
