Job Description:
-Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
-Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
-Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
-Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
-Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
-Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
-Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
-Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
-Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines
-Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
-Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
-Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
-Documented work experience in early childhood care and education
