Must:

• Sybase SME
• SAP ASE/Sybase
• Redis
• Anything within is plus
• PostGres
• Strong Linux Background (No Databases are within Windows - has to be Linux)
• Automation scripting within Ansible, Python and/or shell

1. Performance & Tuning Related Expertise
2. Should know how to automate

• Team player, great communication, ability to think outside the box, etc

Plus:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Financial services experience
• Veritas Clustering

D2D:

• Moving to a new data center -
• Automation, building servers
• Identify how you can get there faster

Misc:

• Not looking for developer - looking for DBA’s (Database Admins)
• No job hoppers (1 year is okay)
