About the Role
The Relationship Manager plays a critical role in supporting Falcon Wealth Planning's client relationships and assisting clients with assets ranging from $250,000 to $500,000. This position requires a proactive, client-focused individual who can manage and enhance client experiences, provide exceptional customer service, and support financial planning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and service requests.
- Regularly communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure their needs are met and their financial goals are being addressed.
- Assist in managing client expectations and support the team in the execution of financial planning strategies.
- Client Service & Support
- Provide ongoing assistance with account servicing, including account opening, documentation, updates, and transaction processing.
- Respond promptly to client questions regarding their financial plans, account performance, and other service needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (financial planners, investment managers) to deliver the best solutions for client needs.
- Financial Plan & Investment Assistance
- Support clients in understanding their financial plans and investment strategies.
- Assist in gathering and organizing client financial information to facilitate financial planning and reporting.
- Work with the financial planning team to implement client recommendations and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Client Education & Engagement
- Actively engage clients in financial education, helping them understand the services provided and how they align with their long-term financial goals.
- Help clients develop a deeper understanding of their financial plans by explaining investment concepts, risk management, and other important topics in clear, accessible language.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions and updates are documented.
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-up, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Client Retention & Growth
- Work to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, focusing on retention and growth.
- Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and deliver personalized services that exceed client expectations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Falcon Wealth Planning's services.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client relationship management.
- Experience working with clients who have assets in the range of $250,000 to $500,000 is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts, investment strategies, and portfolio management is required.
- Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client needs effectively.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with financial planning software is a plus.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification or coursework related to financial planning (e.g., CFP, Series 65, etc.) is required.
